INTEGRIS Medicare Advantage: former plan closure and current provider access

Understand that INTEGRIS Health Partners Plus ended operations and learn how to confirm current insurance acceptance at INTEGRIS offices.

Explore this page

INTEGRIS Health states that its former INTEGRIS Health Partners Plus Medicare Advantage plan ceased operations December 31, 2024. This page should not be used to enroll in that former plan or assume its benefits remain available.

The health system and the insurance plan are different

INTEGRIS continues to provide health services. Whether a current Medicare plan is accepted at a particular facility or physician office is a separate question from the closure of the former insurance product.

Check the actual appointment

Information to gather Reason
Current insurer and full plan name A brand may have several products.
Doctor and office address Acceptance can vary among professionals and locations.
Planned service Authorization and facility rules may differ.
Date of care Participation and coverage can change over time.

INTEGRIS's insurance page explicitly advises confirming acceptance with the office because not every physician accepts every listed plan. Also verify the network with your insurer; a general hospital listing is not enough.

For questions about the former plan

Keep historical notices, member records and claim documents. A bill for care during the former coverage year must be reviewed against that year's applicable rules. Do not send a current enrollment request using an archived form.

Review current options separately

  • Use Medicare's current plan information for your ZIP code and county.
  • Check an available enrollment period.
  • Confirm the new product's costs and provider participation.
  • Keep enrollment acceptance and its effective date.

A past plan closure does not create an unlimited Special Enrollment Period today. Medicare or SHIP can explain whether your present circumstances create an enrollment right. An INTEGRIS care-coordination or ACO notice also does not automatically mean you have joined a new Medicare Advantage plan.
